A set of role claims occurs. 12 to trial with the town and WITCH votes. He goes down 5-0 on an NEUTRAL BENIGN claim and flips AMNESIAC.
N5: 15 waffles but eventually controls 2 to visit 11. Meanwhile they are hit by the TRIAD without BUS DRIVER interference. Kills: TRIAD.
D6: 15 is dead. The three remaining town vote up 11 and stretch his neck by a vote of 3-0. Flip is ENFORCER. Town wins the game.

Was the game result altered?
Not by any coordinated effort. Execution on 7 would've happened anyways if MAYOR abstained (4-3 guilty vote) and so this wasn't the MAYOR's sole fault; town was in agreement.

As for the AMNESIAC execution, while it would've been optimal play for WITCH to hold their vote, as AMNESIAC and WITCH are not the same faction, this is not gamethrowing. Additionally, the existence of both a WITCH and a BUS DRIVER this late in the game with only a single killing role left would lead to complex WIFOM scenarios about how to win.

More impactful on the game was the TRIAD hitting the WITCH on N5, (as well as the ENFORCER AFKing out and skipping a kill on N3) and the as otherwise the TRIAD would've hit a town and put the game back to a 2v2.
