N1: 13 (JUDGE) spams a bunch of sos messages. 9 tracks 13 and sets a LW. He is BUS DRIVEN and his target didn't do anything. Kills: MAFIA, BODYGUARD.
D2: 8 (BODYGUARD) 10 (DRAGON HEAD) and 1 (MAYOR) are all dead. Arguments. Eventually 9 is FUCKING ASSASSINATED by the lone TRIAD DOUBLE FLOWER, and flips DETECTIVE. 13 to trial. Claiming blackmailed, and then "Nah, JK", he goes down 4-0. Flip is JUDGE. 6 and 12 have heart attacks. 6 quits.

Its imposibile to say if the JUDGE would've lasted any longer, but giving a weak ass defense isn't game throwing. His second court is more interesting, but scum still won, so no.
