Additional Notes:
Given the lag experienced and the general ill temper in the game before the leaving, I'm going to consider at worst that 2 started a leave train, and the other two followed it. We only punish for inciting a leave train, which 2 clearly didn't attempt to do, he simply exercised his right to leave a game (and role, based on his LW) he wasn't enjoying. The other two reevaluated and agreed with his assessment.
