Ness Blatantly Throws Game After Discovering My Identity

For starters I am pretty new to the process of player reports.

Here is the attached replay 29090

Contained in this replay is Ness (in-game name and Battle.Net name) blatantly throwing once he discovers that I am HeroOfChrist in-game.

You can clearly see our argument before the host starts the game and we select our Mafia names, with Ness and I having a dispute about his trend of throwing games when he gets upset. I made my name "HeroOfBitch" in game and typed in the same fashion as I usually do, which is the point in which Ness decides to throw the game for town.

Ness, who in-game is a Veteran, claims to be Sheriff D2 and states that I came up Mafia. I understand that a classic Veteran play involves open claiming as an Investigative role in order to bait Mafia visits, but in this situation, he openly claims that town should lynch me.

After I survive the day, Ness continues his tirade, asking town to lynch me. Even after 4's LW proves that an investigative role could not have found me to be a mafia member, he continues telling town to lynch me.

Eventually I am lynched, and Ness then shifts his claim to be that I "seemed guilty," apparently realizing that the game was up and that his offense was potentially bannable.

I hope that in examining this replay you can see the obvious connection between his pre-game argument and his decision to throw a wrench into all the town's affairs by claiming a false role and claiming a fake lw that incriminated me, a town member who on multiple occasions called for other town members innocence despite mob rule.

I hope he is appropriately punished for this affair.

D2: 6 (??? Cleaned ESCORT) is dead. SOme general banter once it becomes obvious nobody has a solid lead, though there is a claim of roleblocking. Ness at 10 seconds left in the day accuses 15 (HeroOfChrist) of being MAFIA and votes him. A second vote comes in before day ends with no trial.
N2: 14 alerts. Kills: MAFIA, LOVER.
D3: 10 (LOVER) and 12 (??? cleaned INVESTIGATOR) are dead. 15 accuses 14 of JESTER. 4 claims 13 is ARSONIST. Eventually, 13 is sent to trial despite argument between 14 and 15. 13 goes down 4-2 and flips ARSONIST.
N3: 14 stays on alert, that's his last charge. Kills: MAFIA.
D4: 11 (MARSHALL) is dead and the JANITOR is out of charges. With 4 as essentially confirmed SHERIFF, 14 continues to push a execution on 15. After an extended discussion, 15 is sent to trial. On a SPY claim, backed by 4 saying he's not MAFIA, 15 is released 3-3 with 14 voting to convict. There's no time for another trial, so day ends.
N4: 14 is too tired to alert, so he sets a LW claiming 15 is mafia. Kills: MAFIA.
D5: 4 (SHERIFF) is dead. 14 hardclaims VETERAN now. 9 is sent to trial after throwing shade on the SPY claim because "Too many dead TIs", misunderstanding that SPY is Town Power. 9 claims INVESTIGATOR on the stand and that 3 is LOVER. 15 uses his reads to try and clear 9, but 9's torch is snuffed 6-2. Flip is INVESTIGATOR.
N5: 14 does nothing. Kills: MAFIA.
D6: 1 (ENCHANTRESS) is dead. With 7 players alive, the roles are GODFATHER, JANITOR, ACTRESS, SPY, depleted VETERAN, DOCTOR, and a second LOVER. LOVER is currently unaligned, so town is ELO. 14 whispers to 2 (JANITOR) "Ready to lynch 15?" 3 defends 15 hard, but 15 still is voted off the island 4-2. 3 quits as the verdict comes in and 14 says "Town Lost" right before. 15 flips SPY as he dies.
N6: 14 sets a LW of "I apologize for nothing!" and that 16 is Yakuza. Kills: MAFIA, LEAVER.
D7: 7 (LOVER) and 3 (DOCTOR) are dead. 14 tries to defend his shadethrowing on 15 as "I thought 15 was evil, because he played bad", despite him starting on D2 with no reasonable info to make that inference. The MAFIA vote up 14 and he goes down 3-0, flips VETERAN, and MAFIA wins the game.

Was the game result altered?
Probably. 15 used up two days worth of trials because of the shade thrown, critically on an ELO day.

didnt throw, had no way of knowing it was him, was just trying to get something to happen because the game was stalling. after the game, this dude spent 20 minutes saying insane shit to me and trying to extort an apology from me. i played poorly, i made mistakes, i lost the game. i didnt try to lose on purpose. submitting the long conversation i had with sir crybaby as evidence.

as for him selecting an "obvious name" multiple people in the lobby were getting in on the argument and i assumed it was one of them. especially since the name was essentially insulting him and others were doing that in the lobby
