Electromaniac died on a visit and was shown as killed by Arsonist

There was an electromaniac that killed several people at once at a Vet's house including the Vet himself and for one reason or another died as well and the Electromaniac's death showed to me, as the Coroner, as being killed by an Arsonist. There was no Arsonist in the game. Electro may have also been targeted by Mafia/Triad, not sure it was a blood bath at the Vet's house.
Also, in another game it seemed that a charged vet killed himself by going on alert when we all agreed to not visit anybody that round and the electromaniac was the only killing role.
