Crier on the stand locked out of the ability to switch crier chat on and off

As soon as crier goes on the stand, they lose the ability to switch crier on and off.

If it was on when voted up, it stays on til day end. If it was off it stays off.

I've seen one of each example in the past 2 weeks. Both leading to criers getting lynched.
