Lure gives Attack feedback to Doctors

After playing around was able to reproduce the following bug:
Doctor receives "Your target was attacked tonight!" feedback if the target happens to be Lured by an Enchantress

**EDIT**

A "Your target was attacked tonight!" feedback that could not explained happened when playing as a Doctor, here is a summary of what transpired.

Night 2

9. Renata (Doctor) heals 4. Tax Inquisitor (Investigator).

9. Renata (Doctor) receives "Your target was attacked tonight!" feedback.

There are NO attacks (directly or indirectly) by killing roles on 4. Tax Inquisitor


Other Interactions

3. Commander Lizard (Enchantress) lures 4. Tax Inquisitor (Investigator) and Repels 1. Helping Gao (Informant).

4. Tax Inquisitor - Vinkukas: Ctrl + 1

Yup I have been processing an alike replay.
We came to the conclusion it was also due to the Enchantress' luring being (somehow) considered as an attack.
Might need to wait to hear Frinckles on it.

This just happened to me as a doctor except there was no enchantress, it was a witch.
n1 I heal 2 (spy) and receive message target was attacked. GF and SK both hit their marks which were not my target (2).
The only other person to visit or interact with my target was witch who made the spy visit a judge.
