I am not sure how you can claim that admins don't play anymore if you, apparently as it seems, are unaware of them.

Anything that disrupt the game and that is not directly Racism will be added as Griefing when it comes to scanning a replay relating to a Racism case.
I leave absolutely no benefit of the doubt nor any type of kindness/leniency.
Repetitive Insulting, threatening, disturbing gameflow, purposely ruining game for others that don't go for racism, and so on...
Those are some [non-exhaustive] examples of what does not fit into Racism but fit very well into Griefing.
