Players are given dolls randomly.

An omni jester spawns in the Neutral Benign slot.

The bonker spawns in the Neutral Evil slot.

True Chaos is 15 unrestricted Any Randoms. It used to be popular in Town of Salem when I briefly played it before finding out SC2Mafia (aka back in 2015).
