Poisoner Buff

Poison kills at the end of the day instead of end of the night.

i.e. Night 1 u poison someone, at the end of day 2 they die of poison but during the day they can talk and vote and whatnot. Instead of them dying at the end of that night. This is a buff because mafia won't waste their kill on someone that has already died of poison.

Also poisoner should auto poison role-blockers or be role block immune.

Doc should still be able to save them tho if the option is turned on.

So basically they will be visibly dead like a heart attack but can still be visited.

This way doc's not useless vs poisoner, coz I realised that.
