"Your target was attacked" doesn't display when healing a witch vs enchantress.

I was 15 doctor, 9 was enchantress, 10 was witch.

N2, 9 repels 10, which ends up killing 10. 15 heals 10. 15 doesn't get feedback that his target was attacked despite the option being ON.
