Seeing a trend build up about a lot of Americans who are unhappy with the way America works right now.

From low wages, 0 benefits and lack of protection and help especially compared to European countries.

What's your thoughts on American Jobs at this point? What's your thoughts on the Job Perks and government benefits?
Take into account this is for the majority of Americans, and don't just think about your own role and status.

About 40% of Americans would call you a communist for even suggesting more benefits, protection, or help.

So I dunno the trend you’re seeing, could you elaborate what benefits you think Americans can agree they want?

It's been in the news quite a lot this past year. This era is now considered The Great Resignation. September has now a record count of Americans quitting many of the jobs that aren't worth their time bothering with anymore. Fast food places and restaurants on multiple occasions just close up because of lack of staff.

I Think The Biggest Issue Is That The Lock Downs And Extra Money For Unemployment During The Covid Stuff Thats Still On Going Made PPL Lazy And Complacent.. Also Them Forcing Vaccine Mandates And Requiring A Certificate Of Vaccination Identification.. Is Causing People To Walk Out.. Just One Thought On Why Its Getting So Bad..

Couple of questions here:
1. Why do lockdowns make people lazy?
2. Given that extra money for unemployment has stopped, why would that extra money continue to make people lazy? Do you think they just have it saved in a bank somewhere? Could the complacency evaporate once the money evaporates? I'm a little confused and would love to hear your reasoning on why money causes lazyness.

How can being let go from a company cause people to walk out? That's like saying "I quit" after you get fired.

Being able to work one job and afford to pay your bills?
Not having your savings destroyed if you get ill?
Not getting fucked over and fired just because no reason needed.?
Being able to have a Job that you don't have to then still get benefits to top it up?

nope sorry. Like I said about 40% don't want any such changes unless those bad things happen to them first - then suddenly they will hop on board lol

I mean it took 51% to make UK leave the EU. So 60% sounds good to me.

Every time I think about going back to America I remember that most jobs start with maybe 1 week of vacation time a year if you're lucky (more likely none, especially if it's a contract position) and if you get sick you have to take vacation days. Also you can get fired at any time without warning for absolutely no reason.

There is no reason to want to work in America other than potentially getting paid more for certain jobs in certain areas.

I still want to understand how facing getting fired is causing people to walk out.
