First: A new role I thought of while walking around randomly:
The Sterilizer
Faction: Mafia
It is basically a serial killer, except the town cannot find out the person he targets is dead until an investigative role checks it. The Sterilizer would only be able to use it's ability once.
My other suggestion:
Unless it is their objective to die one way or another (jester), I think people should get extra points for surviving until the end.
