Win Conditions

Sandford Police Service: See the mafia and corrupt journalist locked up (lynched) or killed at night.
Neighbourhood Watch Alliance: See the town lose.
The Sandford Citizen: Survive until the end of the game. Can win with the mafia.
Sandford's Most Wanted: Get locked up (lynched).

Role Options:

Godfather - Cannot be tracked. Invulnerable at night.
Framer - Gives detectives and lookouts false information.
Blackmailer - Target can only post "I am blackmailed" once. He can vote a maximum of two times.
Jailor - Can only jail on days without a lynch. Has 1 execution. He does not move during the night.
Vigilante - Has 1 bullet. Can only be used at night. Cannot be used on Night 1.
Veteran - Has 2 alerts.
Bus Driver - Cannot switch himself.
Doctor - Targets are not informed that they are healed unless they are attacked.
Corrupt Journalist - Can edit the interview he receives and can add his own comments at the end. He does not move during the night. He must choose someone to interview each day. If he doesn't choose he randomly interview someone.

Jester - You can visit someone at night. They will not be told that you visited them. A random voter dies at night when the jester is lynched.

I hope this setup's simple enough. I didn't want to make it completely generic but there's nothing overly complex or new in it. There is no sheriff or investigator so scum hunting will be much more important.

In all honesty I've checked this thread a lot I just forgot to get around to it.

You've put a lot of thought into it, have tried to stick to the guidelines and definitions of 'normal', and have been moderating yourself, you've shown an effort to scale back your ideas and create a normal game so it is Approved.

Though the Corrupt Journalist loses much of his utility if he is a confirmed role and there's no possibility of a Journalist amongst the Town roles. Just a thought.

Yeah, it's probably in my top 3 favourite movies :D.

It's really funny but also has cool action scenes and a great story. It definitely worth watching as you can buy it really cheap as well.

I thought it would be a good fit for mafia as in the movie you are trying to figure out who the killer is in an idyllic village, where everyone is happy and won't even believe a murder has been committed. They are just "accidents".
