Not a hack; oops deleted all the backups and disabled the backup service a few weeks ago, so when we used Impex for FM9 accounts, shit went wrong and we couldn't recover.

Only the accounts imported from the old site are gone. I was able to re-import them, but all the passwords and user groups are fucked. The email server is still permanently hosed, so sending password reset emails is impossible.
