Your gonna need a replay to back up your points and they can't restore role wins. I might have a replay of you when was the last time you played with your points? It'll make it easier for me to find a replay

I don't believe I have a replay unless they're saved to the blizzard profile.

My computer crashed last Tuesday 4/10

I was playing that day and when the crash happened.
