I recommend using teamup.com since it will show everyone the correct time for their respective time zone.
Admittedly they ask for e-mail, but you don't need it. Just type random@something.com. Takes less than a minute to set up imo.

Also, I am 90% sure that you mistook EST (https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/est)for EDT (https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/edt). Because EST (https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/est)is Winter time.

Ahhh, so I was right.
Srsly, what is it with NA people? It's always the same when it comes to EST/EDT. They say EST while meaning EDT when it is EDT for them. I mean - I have experience with NA people messing it up so it's np for me anymore, but I would guess people from other regions would miss a scheduled event by 1 hour if they had no experience with NA people in that regard. At least I did come 1 hour too late for a tourney in a different game because one arse said EST when meant EDT, that's why it's still stuck with me.
