I started using a new laptop, and logged into my same StarCraft 2 account, but I no longer seem to have my benefactor status and accumulated points when I play Mafia. Is there any way to fix this?

We can restore your points for you. What is your in game ID? I can look into getting your benefactor key again if you don't still have it.

I had a few thousand more points than that, I'll add a replay. I still don't have any of my old points though, when should I look for the point restore to kick in?

You need to meet up with an in game admin to have your points restored.

Any update on a new key? I never seem to see any admins in the mafia channel who can restore, which is fine but it's hard going back to not having prefer/blacklist.
