Crimes Committed: highly suspicious role hacking

Summary:
Press 4 for his replay. He is also shown as a new player after the load screen.
He rolls Jailor, #5.
D1 - 5 seconds into the game, #5 -jails #1
N1 - executes #1
D2 - 1 flips BMer
D2 - #5 jails 11
N2 - executes #11
D3 - #11 flips disguiser
D3 - #5 jails #15
N3 - executes #15
D4 - #15 flips GF
D4 - #5 jails #14 (actually a jester)
N4 - no more executes
D5 -#5 jails #14 again
N5 - no more executes
D6 - #5 jails #12 on request by town
N6 - no more executes
D7 - town lynches #12 which flips mm
D7 - town wins
Suspicious stuffz:
1) The 3/3 d1 d2 d3 lynches
2) The "new player" that knew how to -jail within 5 seconds of game starting
3) Pretending to be new by asking how to pm
4) Never jailed town (only mafia, jester and the mm)
5) Never asked for roles or LW, as a normal jailor does
6) I don't think he ever voted people up, probably so he can jail and execute?
While I cannot say that this guy is hacking for certain, his entire demeanor seems highly suspicious.
If I were a new player that luckily executed mafia d1 and d2, I'll be spamming chat how fucking awesome I was and to ask for role PM. After a 3/3 by d3, I'll be a little worried if people were going to think I was cheating somehow.
Let me try do the odds if it were random:
N1: 6/14 to jail an evil/neut [43%]
N2: 5/13 to jail an evil/neut [38%] [16% cumulative]
N3: 3/11 to jail an evil/neut (amnesiac died n2) [27%] [4.3%]
N4: 2/8 to jail an evil/neut (2 towns dead n3) [25%] [1.1%]
N5: 2/8 to jail an evil/neut [25%] [0.3%]
N6: 2/8 to jail an evil/neut [25%] [0.06%]
Sure from the chat he might have gotten some clues that could have affected his judgement, but his actions, reactions, and words make it highly suspicious that this person is not "new" to the game.
I'm not pushing for any action against this player at this moment, but I hope this report serves as a reference for any future suspicious replays regarding this guy.
