Imagine the scenario that one is aggressive, another is playing classic contributive town, the third is a compulsive liar and the fourth is someone pulling gambits.

I personally think archons with just 2 players is hard to deal with, 3 is harder, and 4 just makes me want to get the rope.

On my home site, we have a list of players. Hosts mention everyone who is on that list so people know exactly when and where the game is. Its a smart system.

I really do try to limit mention spam so that people actually pay attention to mentions, but I will be sure to notify you of future signups. :)

You could ask players who want this to PM you. Then you could post the list of players who PMed on a sticky in notification-form and get hosts to copy-paste that list when those hosts have their own sign-ups.

Just get the purple who's always preoccupied making you tea to do it.

Reason is because on my homesite, it is not one dedicated specifically to Mafia. Therefore, you have less people dedicated to such a thing on that site, therefore people are more likely to pick and choose when and what game they want to play. Also, on my home site it is the players themselves who add or take away their names in the players list and there is a dedicated thread for that.
