Summary
IceMan:

While this player’s decision to vote his ally up certainly wasn’t the right one, he didn’t mean to throw but intended to get another townie lynched the next day and win this way. He probably wasn’t aware of the fact that Cult also wins a 2vs2 tie.
After the game ended, IceMan said „the only chance to win is if i could convince one to kill the other“ which confirms that his intention was not to throw but to gain towns trust by voting the other Cultist and then win by getting one of the Jailors lynched.

Thank you for this report! I don't believe that IceMan intended to ruin the game since he said himself that he thought his only chance to win was to vote up his ally and then get a townie lynched the next day. We can't and don't want to punish players for making a mistake when their intentions were good.
