All of this is a clear example of Hacking given there was no legitimate way that BagPulaNTine could have any of this information given his role and at that point in the game. This a clear example of Hacking and seems consistent with other reports we have received, suggesting this is a smurf by a known hacker. The punishment for Hacking is a Permaban, which is what I recommend here.
