Why do i keep gettig kicked out of games?

So after this whole ordeal with the hacker like 4 days ago now every time i try to play mafia it instantly kicks me out EVERYTIME! HELP I JUST WANT TO PLAY MAFIA!

Delete your bank, if you want a point restore then send us a replay of before you played with the hacker. We are working on the issue.

I already requested a point restore when my ign was KIALEADER, it was approved but my points were NEVER restored
