Quick Start - Option?

One of the frustrating things of Mafia, is it takes about 5 minutes for a game to get started (i.e. enter the first night).

A quick start button would be very welcomed by the public, but maybe only those with 1k+ points as hosts should be able to do it thou?

If a host has settings ready, he can click quick start!
- If names choosing is enabled it jumps straight to it else skips.
- Then instantly enters the first night.
- To compensate for the rush perhaps add 10 seconds onto the first night, give people a chance to read their role?

So optimally with random names generation a game would be able to be started within 5 seconds.

Save slots really already make this a possibility.

The host can select to start at night and if they have their save slot set up correctly they just click load save slot and launch and the game is under way.

It's all about how good your host is really. More options wont really help.
