Was the Game Result altered?
To some extent -- after Dot had revealed that #11 was the Veteran, no one really suspected #11 for the rest of the game. The lag cheating information actually benefited the Town despite Dot having rolled Mafia, but this does not make it any more permissible.

Summary
Dot rolls Godfather (#14) along with #6 (Kidnapper) and #9 (Consigliere). The game proceeds normally until Night 3 when Dot visits #11 (Veteran) and is killed because #11 had alerted that night.

Due to lag, the Waiting for Players screen pops up, and in the lag chat, Dot repeatedly mentions "11 is vet", which is not only unhelpful to the Mafia, but is a form of lag cheating given Dot had previously died and should not have been sharing game information at that point. This also occurs well into the lag chat suggesting it was not merely an accident. The information helps the Town insofar as no one suspects #11 for the rest of the game.

Given this is Dot's first offense, I am proposing our standard Watch List x 3 for a first offense lag cheating incident. Hopefully, this does not happen again.
