Triad got beaten pretty hard this game and i felt frustrated because I feel WillSmith used an unfair way to give town the advantage. Was the Game Result altered?
To some extent, in terms of WillSmith's lag cheating helping to encourage the Town to vote up the Dragon Head. At the very least, it was impermissible interference from someone who had already died which helped to assist the Town lynch the Dragon Head.

Summary
WillSmith rolls Mass Murderer (#2). On Day 2, #4 claims Sheriff and accuses him of being Mass Murderer. Based on #2's information, the Town lynches WillSmith. On Day 4, there is lag toward the end of the day and the Waiting For Players screen appears. During this time, WillSmith encourages the Town to vote up #4 by saying "put him up" and "hes a liar" into the lag chat screen. This is a clear example of Lag Cheating given WillSmith had died and should not have been communicating with the players alive. #4 escapes being lynched during that day, but is under heavy suspicion and the very next day, he is group executed by a Marshall who activates his day ability.

While this is certainly not the most egregious example of Lag Cheating, players should not be attempting to influence the game via the lag chat screen, especially not players who have already died and have no legitimate way of communicating with the Town. Comments like "put him up" and "hes a liar" clearly have that intent. Given WillSmith is a long-time player of Mafia (given the report on him as far back as 2011), he should know that this behavior is against the rules. This is a second offense for WillSmith and accordingly, I am recommending a Watch List x 4.
