Yes, you can put anything in your secret message to them as long as it follows the game rules.
Yes, as Spy, you may target any faction that you cannot win with. For example, a Stark may target Martell, Lannister, or Tyrell.

I am slightly confused by the contents of rolecard, do I get to see which each member visited or who they were visited by?

I should actually see if setup answers this.

Kind of works like the in game mod, so this role is kind of useless?

I don't know, can sort of PoE things, but theres quite a few power roles in the game, so its still hard to do this.

My role isn't as good as what I originally thought lol, I thought i woudl see who visited the scum team. :P
