In-Game Name: Neroli Pesci

Crimes Committed: Game-throwing

Your Account Name: Exeter

Summary:

Game setup - Doesn't pick a name, assigned Neroli Pesci. Rolls Witch.

Night 1 - Controls 15(DH) to target himself.

Day 2 - Types in last will "p15 is dragon head"

Night 2 - Controls 15 to hit 6(Deceiver), but 15 ends up hitting and killing 14(Veteran) instead.

Day 3 - Leads the lynch on 15. When 15 is put up on trial, the player votes Guilty.

Night 3 - Controls 15 to target himself again.

Day 4 - Various votes. Tries to lead a lynch on 15. Puts 10(Vigi) up on trial. Finally lynches 3(MM).

Night 4 - Controls 15 to target 10. Types in last will "I hate colored names bitch"

Day 5 - Lynches 15.

Night 5 - Nothing of consequence.

Day 6 - Nothing of consequence.

Night 6 - Nothing of consequence.

Day 7 - Player is put up on trial. Admits his game-throwing, "your lucky i was just fucking with p15 the entire game or you would of lost"

The player suspected I was DH from N1, but proceeded to fake leads, lead lynches and self-target me the whole game. One can argue that he was trying to side with the MM - however, even when 3(MM) is lynched and I was his only shot at winning, he continues to screw me over.

Intent: To screw with 15, because he hates coloured names
Action: Screwed with 15 despite knowing/suspecting 15's role - game-throwing
Confession: "your lucky i was just fucking with p15 the entire game or you would of lost"

IMO, a very clear case of game-throwing.

Player Offenses
Neutral Game-Throwing / Minor Griefing

Summary
Mstislavll rolls Witch, and the game begins:

Night 1: - Mstislavll Controls 15(DH) to target himself.

Day 2: 2 was massacred by the Mass Murderer and flips forger. The day begins with the town questioning why no one died. Mstislavll Types in last will "p15 is dragon head" The town decide to vote up 13 after an escort claim says he's "probably" immune to roleblocks. He claims escort with his last will, and says escorts are immune as well. (True) The town pardons 13 on a 6-2 vote. The day ends with a no Lynch.

Night 2: Mstislavll controls 15 to hit 6(Deceiver), but 15 ends up hitting and killing 14(Veteran) instead.

Day 3: 14 flips veteran. an escort calls out 15 as immune, and so does Mstislavll. Mayor reveals and asks for role pm's. Mstislavll claims escort that was on p15 twice. 15 is voted up by the town. He says he's SK first, then Mason Leader as his defense. The town pardons him on a 3-3 Vote. The day ends with a no Lynch.

Night 3: Mstislavll controls 15 to target himself again.

Day 4: 12 was Massacred by the Mass Murderer and flips Lookout, as does 1. 9 was Massacred by the Mass Murderer and flips Mayor. 6 gave up on life and flips Deciever. The day begins with Players accusing 10 and 15 of triad. 10 says he's a vigilante that shot 3 and claimed him immune. The town vote aimlessly but eventually decides to put up 10. 10 claims vigilante and said he shot 3, thus claiming him immune. The town pardons 10 on a 4-2 vote. The town then votes up 3 based off of 10's claim. He basically gives no defense. The town lynches him on a 2-1 vote. He flips Mass Murderer. The day ends.

Night 4: Mstislavll controls 15 to target 10. he types in his last will "I hate colored names bitch".

Day 5: 10 flips Vigilante. The town basically concides in voting up 15. He tries to tell the town he's the Mason Leader that Bludgeoned 7, but he was healed. The town lynches 15 on a 4-1 vote. He flips Dragon Head. The Day ends.

He's voted up to trial on Day 7 claiming he was just fucking with the Dragon head all game and said the town could of easily won if he wasn't. He is lynched on a 3-0 vote. The game ends with the Town Siezing easy victory.

Conclusion: Well, It's really hard to actually pin Intentional Game-throwing on a Neutral slot. He honestly had a small chance of winning it solo, very small however. The fact he admits to fucking with the Dragon Head based on his colored name, and says the town could of easily lost if he didn't fuck with him, makes me think this is a neutral Game-throwing case. He could of easily worked with the Dragon Head and steamrolled the town quickly, but instead decided to troll the Dragon Head.

Recommended Action
Watch List X2

Additional Notes
Thank you for the report! Because this was a neutral slot, I cannot say this is Intentional Game-Throwing since he has his own seperate win con aside from the Triad's (even though they are similar). The fact he admits the town could of lost if he actually tried and did indeed troll the Dragon Head slot with self targets makes this a Neutral Game-throw. Since he also has another Offense to his name, I suggest putting him on the Watch List for X2 to hopefully clean up his act.

This is griefing at best, which has a second-offense punishment of 2x WL...which is what he's getting.

1-S2-1-926199: 2x WL

I am Mstislavll 1-S2-1-926199

I would like to appeal. I was trying to win the game solo by voting alone and I was under the impression neutral roles are not forced to side with anyone unless they choose. I admit I was being a little cocky and intentional being rude by smack talking GF and I apologize for that but my actions was to try and win solo. I try to solo similar neutral roles like being a judge and not calling court the entire game.

Neutral roles are not required to side with anyone, correct. What made this griefing was the impression that you were screwing with 15 solely because of his colored name, which is intentionally setting out to ruin someone else's fun.

Since this was only a griefing offense, which is pretty minor, and the message has clearly been received, I'll remove the punishment at the next update(probably tomorrow sometime). Just be a bit more careful, ok? :)
