Charmander's Revenge




Night 0

Only three days after starting his journey to catch them all, Pokemon Trainer Red has grown impatient with his starter pokemon, Charmander. While charmander tried his best, he only knew scratch and growl, and was having a hard time leveling up. Leaving him by the side of the road, Pokemon Trainer Red decided to set off and find a replacement on his own.

The wild pokemon in the area were wary and did not trust Charmander nor welcome him into their ranks.

Alone and scared, rain began to fall upon the wild pokemon as the sun set. As he sought shelter, Charmander started to plot his revenge... and nobody would stand in his way.

Day 1 will begin after Charmander and Pokemon trainer Red take action AND ALL players respond to role card pm's that they are ready to begin.

As the sun rose, the wild pokemon returned from their shelters to see what had become of Charmander, but he was no where to be found. In the distance, the wild pokemon saw many rattata running from the forest, scared of a new menace that had been occupying it.

The wild pokemon set off to stop this menace. They enjoyed their peaceful lives. While weak individually, their strength lay in their numbers. Little did they realize that in the shadows another danger watched them, pokeball in hand, ready to conquer the world ahead of him.

Firebringer seems like a magikarp to me. Drawing unnecessary attention to himself in such a spazztic way lol. He's probably not a good target for a D1 lynch.




To be honest, if I was TPR, I would've taken no action n1 because I would prefer to get a read on players before I waste a conversion on a Magikarp. Plus, it would reduce the chance that someone on your team would be randomed, and I don't think that PTR can convert the night following a team member dying. So it would make the most sense to skip n0 to me. Only risk getting fucked by Charmander.

I honestly think that with no Doctor n0, I would be the best target for dousing. Not to be cocky, but I think a player would want to get rid of me as fast as possible as a killing role, cause they know I oppose them.

The difference is that the questions you and Crypt asked might actually make a difference in the game. It makes sense that regardless of role you could be interested in how that works, even though im pretty sure one of you is scum. Whether or not a magikarp gets a rp message at night really doesnt matter. It sounds like a scum slip to me, trying to make himself look like a magikarp when he really isnt, like others have said.

That was my read as well. He asked Banana two different questions regarding an ability that does nothing and which couldn't even have been used on Night 0. Wouldn't MattZed have known that he couldn't use the ability if he was in fact Magikarp? It just looked like he was trying to play up the fact that he was Magikarp with those questions, as opposed to asking Banana anything actually useful about the game.

As the wild pokemon reached the forest, the smell of ash was in the air. Clearly the rogue charmander was learning new moves and fast.

Across the pond there was a rustling in the bushes. MattZed, a Magikarp, swam off to investigate it alone. Before the others had realized that he was gone, the shrill sound of "Karp! Karrrrrp!" reverberated through the forest. By the time the other pokemon arrived, he was already gone.

Fleeing the scene, charmander felt invigorated. His growing strength gave him confidence. He would find Pokemon Trainer Red, and knew that Red would be sorry when he did.

Little did he know Red was watching him as he defeated MattZed. Had Red made a mistake? As fear and admiration entered his thoughts, he pondered if he should try to reconcile with charmander, or stop him at all costs. Pokeball in hand, Red contemplated his options as night fell.

*I have a training and then smash and grab when this was supposed to open, so I am opening it back up early. Day 2 will still end 48 hours from when it was originally supposed to start.

Day 2

As the wild pokemon slept, they kept watch for danger in shifts. As the sun started to peak through the trees, they were awakened by the sudden smell of smoke, and shouts in the distance. While most of the pokemon ran from the flames for safety, a small group of brave magikarp led by Bruno, a Shiney Magikarp, set off to put a stop to Charmander.

As Bruno approached Charmander, who was standing over a pile of cooked caterpie and weedle, he opened his shiny mouth boldly to speak and said:


"Okay, I want everyone to know how disappointed I am in Charmander. He ruined a perfectly fine forest."


He then leaped through the air, and splashed Charmander with all of his might. Unfortunately, nothing happened. There was however, the eerie sound of laughter coming from the trees behind charmander, and what happened next caught all of the pokemon completely off guard.

"Charmander, use flamethrower!!"

As the flames engulfed Bruno, the only sound that could be heard was the cackling of magikarp flesh. The rest of the pokemon stood their ground, ready to avenge him.
