Shock. No one could sleep last night. Explosions, gunshots and bladefights were heard all over Midgar, for last night was one of the bloodiest that will be remembered by those who survived.

One of the hottest places was the building previously known as Hojo’s Laboratory, in sector 4. The Professor was restless, unsatisfied... perhaps even disappointed at his recruits, so he decided to adjust and tweak the levels of Jenova cells injected in his specimen. After he took off Katherine’s vestments and weared his usual white coat he summoned Barry to the injection room, tied him to one of the metal tables there, and begun an unprecedented transfusion of genetic material into his already compromised body.
Little did he know that one of the Turks stalked him that night, and was then hiding in an unused closet. The man, dressed in a tuxedo jacket, entered the room where Hojo and Barry were and greeted the scientist, in memory of their past times working together under the banner of Shinra.

This, however, was no courtesy call. The Turks wished to end Hojo’s experiments once and for all, and he knew it all too well.

Hojo: “So, do you like my new creatures?”
The Turk, unrecognizable due to a hood hiding his face: “I’m glad you didn’t lose your inspiration, Prof. Sadly, your purposes are in conflict with our own. This little playground of yours must close down.”
Hojo: “Oh, how sad. Why don’t you stay here for a while, instead? Perhaps you will enjoy a guided tour of my lab? I have made some... changes, so to speak. For the better, of course.”
Turk: “I’m afraid i must refuse your offer, Hojo. I’m late for dinner.”

As he ended his sentence, the killer raised his hands - “FIRE” - and a huge flame instantly bursted at Hojo’s feet. The Professor was prepared to sustain that damage, and quickly answered with multiple casts of the BOLT spell; then he ran to an elevator not far from there. The Turk rapidly chased him, but he was still dazed by Hojo’s spells. The professor managed to escape to the upper floors, not before casting one last SILENCE spell on his former ally, however.

It was then that the Turk realized he had left Barry in the injection room, still undergoing transfusion. Shortly thereafter, a inhumanly fierce roar boomed through the corridor. Barry had turned into a humongous creature; sharp bone claws had grown all over his body, while two frighteningly huge horns emerged from his forehead.

The Turk dropped his jaw for a moment at the sight of the beast charging at him. He dodged it by a hair and tumbled a short distance away, then he tried to utter a spell... only to find out that the Silence spell was still active on him, thus his voice was missing. The spark of fear was clearly visible in the eyes of the man as he threw his now useless magic materia at the monster, just before he turned over and ran away as fast as he could. The beast turned over as well and started again to charge at his pray through the large corridors of Hojo’s lab.

Luckily enough, a Turk never comes unprepared, for he had precedently planted explosives throughout the whole building. After a short chase, he managed to trap his enemy under a relatively small metal door for a brief while. At that moment he rushed to the exit as fast as possible, then he pressed the detonator switch and a huge explosion followed.
As the laboratory was falling apart, the Turk spotted Hojo coming out of a metal tunnel, probably an emergency exit for situations like this.

The Professor was welcomed by a gun pointed at his head, and as his killer regained his voice, he was asked a question.

Turk: “All right, Hojo. This'll be over quick, so listen up. Why do you think I went to all the trouble of stalking you and fight with your horrible abominations to get you? 1. Because I was ready to die, 2. Because I was sure of victory, or 3. Because I was clueless.”
Hojo: “...number two?”
Turk, right after he pulled the trigger: “All Wrong. The correct answer was.... because it's my job.”

The killer then dropped a small piece of paper and finally vanished into the back alleys of Midgar. The following words were written on the card:

Meanwhile in sector 1, Shinra was secretly testing a new kind of weaponry that could hopefully help them eradicate the insurgent rebels. All they needed was a test subject, for which purpose they chose Herman.

As the poor man was walking back home after the wearing day, Shinra’s henchmen ambushed him, hit him on the head and then brought him to the testing grounds. Herman opened his eyes shortly thereafter, welcomed by President Shinra himself who was there overseeing the worksite. He tried to speak, but the only things that he was able to say were incomprehensible noises, as he had a piece of cloth stuck in his mouth.

President Shinra: “Calm yourself, man. There’s no need to be that nervous. You’re going to be part of a great experiment today, one that will free this city FOREVER from you filthy rebels.”
Shinra Workman: “The Mako Beam is almost fully charged, sir!”
President Shinra: “Excellent. Rejoice, Herman! You will be one among the first witnesses of this magnificent weapon, a laser cannon empowered with refined Mako. Truly a masterpiece, brought you by the Shinra.”
Shinra Workman: “The Mako Beam is now ready, sir!”
President Shinra: ”Start the countdown!”
Shinra Workman: ”Mako Beam firing in 10... 9... 8... 7... 6... 5... Wear your sunglasses, please! ...4...
Herman: ”MMMMMMMHH! MMMMMMMMMHHHHHHH!”
Shinra Workman: ”...3... 2... 1...”

ZZZZZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPPP!

President Shinra cracked a wide smile, as Herman had been completely vaporized by the green ray of the Mako Beam.

After acknowledging that the experiment was successful, one of the guards caught a foolish citizen spying behind the barricade. The president took advantage of the opportunity to send a message to the rest of Midgar:

Sephiroth, the spread of terror in your name is truly legendary, but be warned! We have found your true identity, and if you wish not to be revealed in our last wills, we ask for your support. We know of your horrifying powers and the Black Materia you possess. Our request is that when the time comes that you have access to the Black Materia, that you promptly kill Shawna and Omar. They are almost completely confirmed town and will be difficult to kill otherwise. If you do this for us, we will do something for you.

Dear noble Turks, we may have had our differences in the past, but I beg of you, you must look at the situation, these pretentious Midgarians have taken initiative and have the advantage on all of us! We offer a truce: Destroy these insurgents of Midgar for their foolishness! You know that only people like you and us have what it takes to rule this city! We shall decide who will earn the spoils of war once the major powers of the town, along with that worm Hojo, lay in their graves.

Searching the house of Herman, people found out that Herman was a humble cop, who heroically chose to stand against the Shinra.

Within all this turmoil, they almost didn’t notice another impaled corpse, put carefully in line with those of Cloud and Erika. Everyone instantly recognized the body of Fiona, stuck on a cross-shaped metal pole. On the ground below, bloody red writings read like this:

The usual newspaper guy threw a copy of the local journal into the middle of Midgar Square. Among the other news, they found out that Isaac passed away after a painful night. He was struck by a sudden heart attack [Modkilled due to inactivity].
As they were browsing the pages, they found only two articles worth of notice. One reported that Tseng’s body was desecrated by two strangers: he was stripped naked and thrown into a trashcan. His hair smelled funny, almost as if someone had urinated on them. [Non-game related. You will know why when you’ll read dead chat]

When you see me pop up as armorsmith don't rage lynch Omar. He is likely the ghost. I didn't give George a vest but I still defended him simply because Omar's claim was a lie. A very well done one though, congrats on figuring out who I gave one of my vests to Omar. He'll probably be dead by the mafia when you read this anyway. In which case, yay.

This is bad... Even though Hojo died already, things are looking very nasty... 4 member of the town also died during the night. Looking down those threatening death notes both Shinra and Turks are going to form an alliance against the town... But how long this alliance will last?

Now, Yuffie, and yes, I speak this especially for you, if you look clearly this so-called "alliance" has certain flaws:

First, the Turks called out five names for Sephiroth to kill, including mine: Ashlyn, Connie, Wendy, Edna (me) and Jaret. Which practically means those people should be excluded from suspicion of being in the Turks. Although Shinra may be in this list too. This is the first flaw. Not really big, but a flaw for sure.

The second flaw is Shinra's death note. They wrote in it that they know Sephiroth's identity. This can mean two things:
1. A consigliere found that a certain person is either Aeris, or Sephiroth.
2. They tried to kill someone at night but failed. This is unlikely as they already did a kill a second night, and their first night target was most likely Riley.
3. Unknown method. We don't know what role is Shinra's random mafia, or if they found identity of Sephiroth through the day chat.

However... I pity you, Sephiroth, really... If they REALLY found out you identity that means you CANNOT win by normal means. If you try to kill any of Shinra, then your name will be revealed in their death notes. You are essentially their pawn. And once game reaches certain point they will simply dispose of you as a used tool.

But what... if the person they suspect of being Sephiroth is not actually him? Then Sephiroth might still have a chance to win... but if so, then he needs to know that his greatest threats are not TOWN , but SHINRA.

As for Turks, they have busted their chance to win already. Because it's my time to reveal myself.


I am Lookout.

This night I have watched Wendy. Judging for what she said, I know who visited and roleblocked her this night. As Wendy said, it was indeed an orange Consort. His real name is Carson. He is member of the Turks, 100% guaranteed.

George is 100% town, get your hands off him. I watched him first night as he visited Rita. Together with another person which name I'm not going to reveal yet, since I think he may be also a town power role. Now that all suspicions from you have cleared you should reveal yourself too.

Omar - Do I really need to tell you his role? I know he is town for sure because he also was caught under my eye on second night. And I know who was vested by him.

Now that my claims have ended, it is in town's best interest to lynch Carson. He is a Consort, and we surely don't want to see Wendy or any other town roleblocked again, do we?

You can think that, but i'l tell you again: I'm not consigliere and as such not red mafia. I understand your suspicions, I would be suspicious of me too right now if I were in your shoes.

The reason for me wanting you to reveal were the missing kills, not the missing clean. We needed information to lynch a scum, and thanks to your reveal a scum was lynched - the disguiser at that. There's not much more I can say, i'd rather not claim at this point, not unless it is necessary.

Well seeing the outcome of tonight with only 1 suicide, it can be deduced there is 0 or 1 cult left standing. (Cult suicide rounds up and we already had 1 cult dead so assuming both other recruits worked on nights 2 and 3, there would have been 2 cultists, divded by 2, 1 dies. If 1 recruit failed, 1 cultist divide 2 = 0.5 rounded up to 1 which means 0 cult left).

My point is, you're hunting for a lone cult member. As long as you guys have like 2-3 you can go hunting for mismason's I guess... but there isn't much of a cult to hunt.

We all know what was his behavior on this day and on previous days. He always attempted to throw the town off track, pretended to be the ordinary stupid retard. But now we know then truth. He IS Sephiroth. I think that Shinra checked either him or Deidre, probably on second night. Killing him is the only was to prevent more town deaths.
