People that stayed in the living quarters can attack you... (they'll be waiting for you in your quarters when you go to sleep for the night phase)
alcohol effects: only what you consumed today + negative effects from the previous day if you are human (I'm too lazy to check to see if you are human right now but not lazy enough to not write out this phrase)

No, he will see all who visit you during the phase he is awake.

yes.. master giving orders to student happens at the end of day, not at night for OoO. So he knows what you are sending him to do for the night before night even starts RP wise... he just does it when he is awake.. Similar to a teacher giving homework to students, teacher gives it during class, but student can do it whenever once he gets home.
