No an no... you get to send him to do actions that you can do... so you don't need the full explanation.

Betazoid have a separate list in their character sheet that I update when they do their race action, but both lists are the same and correspond to the same numbers. This is also the same list the Ferengi has.

Depends on OoO for current phase, actions taken while roleblocked will waste a charge.

Jailed people can read but not post in day.
Jailed people can talk to each other during the day and BOTH evening and night. (I assume they catch some sleep during day phase)
Jailor can always talk to them during the day.
Jailor must be in the brigg to talk at night.
Jailor's role action specifies that information... you are not a jailor so you'll need to find out from him.

if he had used bg (which i think are 1 or 2 charges) all would have been attacked

A person that was given a disguise by "trade" is.

If a disguised person that looks like you kills someone, a lookout will see you killing him. A detective following you, will also follow someone wearing disguise of you.
