Plants a car bomb on a single target and can activate it on the next night. Once detonated, the bomb kills the target and the person he visited during the night. The bomb can also affect you and your mafia members if you detonated it too prematurely. For example, if you activate it on an escort while he is rbing a mafioso, the bomb kills them both.
Special Notes:
Doctors can still protect their target from death, although it'll be a different story if the bomb is placed ON the doctor
Can only plant and detonate one bomb a night.
Limits: 2 uses
I thought pretty hard on this idea btw, what do you guys think?

Just to give this some perspective on how absurdly OP this would be for mafia I will state the following.
Night 2: Mafia places bomb on sheriff/invest who revealed night 1 with information for whatever reason.
Night 3: Mafia detonates bomb killing the investigator and anyone that visited him (including doctors). They also to target him with the nightly attack so that it would take 2 doctors to save him instead of one. To put the icing on the cake the target that he investigates also dies to the bomb. Any other investigators/sheriffs that check him to validate also die to the bomb.
You have the potential to take easily over 3 victims in one night. Far far too strong for mafia who already have teamwork and unity on their side.

Sorry I didn't make this clear. The doctors can protect the sheriff/invest from death as usual, thereby wasting a bomb for the mafia. The only thing the bomb kills is your target and the person he is visiting, any other roles visiting your target will remain unharmed. So for instance, if you detonate the bomb on the sheriff while the doctor is protecting him, the person he is investigating dies; the sheriff will be saved by doctor. The doctor and sheriff only die if you targeted the bomb ON the doctor while he is "visiting" the sheriff. It is impossible to get 3 deaths unless he can somehow investigate two person at once.
I also don't think it's OP, because you have to play smart or you'll get your mafia killed. It can also be a waste.
Here are the cons:
-Targeted victims like spy, citizen or anyone not doing an action during the night only result one death.
-Bulletproof vests continue to allow survivors/citizen to survive. (cluster bomb maybe? lol)
-Townies(with abilities) who suspect themselves to get blown up the next night can pay a visit to the mafia for a "kamikaze", it is even more effective when the mafias are dominating.
-You cannot remove the bomb once you planted it (optional)
-If victim dies before the bomb is detonated, it's count as one use
-Overlaps with other kills
Edit: I guess witch and bus driver are an exception. But technically, the witch controlling the person should be count as a visit as well as the person the bus driver is picking up.

Think it could be a bit strong. The Mafia already has the ability to kill people, and if they have some luck on their side, they can kill 2 more. Throw in a SK/Arsonist kill or bad Vigilante, etc. and the Town is basically hosed in one night.

What if I limit this to just 1 use (default)?

It's still really disruptive considering the Mafia alone could get 3 kills in one night.

It does sound like it would be too much of a powerful role for the Mafia, but it also sound like it has the potential to backfire on the Mafia as well.
Now if this was a Neutral Role Killing role, that attaches a bomb to someone each night, then detonates it the following night, that could be interesting.

Neutral will be better. Townie role should benefit town DIRECTLY. Mafia role should benefit mafia DIRECTLY. Any half-full half-empty cup... I mean role should be under neutral.
