Could be nothing. Maybe none of them are bank hacking. But it's rare to see 3 40k+ players playing in a game, and especially 3 40k+ players who have no achievements. Except one of course, who has EVERY achievement.

Diseased Toe - 46188 points, 3510 victories in 4789 games (ridiculous odds). But he has only 2 achievements.

Katsuo - 46473 points, 1692 victories, 4160 games played. 3 achievements.

Trafriesen - 40080 points, 90 victories, 12006 games played. EVERY achievement.

As you can see I'm the judge (3) - I repeatedly checked the stats in game during the game so you can show my perspective and view all the stats on help. It sure looks suspicious. One wins over 3/4 his games, the other wins 90 in 12k games and has every achievement.

They couldn't really gamethrow. The Godfather (ADMIN: Matt/Katsuo) is jailed night 1 and lynched day 2. The Marshall (Semen Hatcher/Trafriesen) reveals day 1 (wasting his one attempt at lynching). But the Vigilante (CockMongler/DiseasedToe) plays legitimately it seems until the end. Though he did kinda random shoot townies that's par for the course with vigilantes.

Here's another save of two of the same people. Town decides to lynch them for both being cheaters. They admit they've cheated before but ask us to trust them that maybe they've changed their ways. Then once one of them is lynched, they all quit, and one of them says "We don't even prefer getting these roles" - clearly seemingly knowing that both he and his friend are Godfather and Dragon Head respectively.
