votes dont work / vote majority, we cant vote up to trial

im currently in a game with majority vote/trial

majority was 7 votes. we had a guy with 9 votes (was displayed like that ingame aswell a 9 beside his name)

BUT

he didnt get up to trial..



same problem with skip votes 3 out of 2 voted to skip. but there was no skip O_o15732
