Achievements, Rank, and Donor status gone

Hey I don't know why, but all my achievements and such are gone.
I thought it was a reset for a bit, but then I noticed that I don't show up as a donor anymore either.
I was in the database as KrnShinsa. ID: 1-S2-1-470769.
I don't know what happened, but can I get all my achievements and my donor status restored?

Did you recently start playing on a new computer or have you formatted your hard drive? Almost every time the issue is due to one of these reasons. And you can receive your donor benefits again by activating your key again.
