Spies cannot detect Blackmailers with see targets on

See attached replay for reference if desired. Play a game with a spy with the option to see Mafia/Triad targets on. Notice that the spy will never see who the blackmailers targeted despite the option being selected.

So normally Blackmailer moves will trigger a Spy? Note, I've played this setup before and never had a spy report blackmailer movement.

Why would a spy report a blackmailer movement? Regarding Blackmailers/Silencers, the strength of the spy is to detect fake blackmails (which means NO blackmailer movement).

I have tested and confirmed that Spies can detect Blackmailers visiting people.
