Because past the majority of players wanted to remove the tracker, I'll introduce the new system.
All players including evil deathborg citizen, are invisible from the map.

Instead, locations on the world map will be revealed by each spot that someone is in.
In addition, each round a player can decide to "snipe" a tile on the world map together with their PM.

If a Snipe has been done, that place will be revealed on the world map - but information won't be.

All players will now have to send PM's with their action, and their Coordinates.
(Coordinates do not count during an instanced area, or cities if you remain in the same place.)

All custom perks has been modified, buffed / nerfed appropriately and will now be in full effect.
A character's gender, mental stability, custom perks and skills will now be meaningfull.

A fair warning to all:
- Fatique is now in effect. Sleep is important and a rhythm is adjustable.
- Condition will now be in full effect. Example is rain, being in a rain causes you to gradually become Wet before Soaked.
- A hunger system will exist, but more forgiving. This means that as long you eat every here and then, you won't starve.

In addition to all this : Rounds now last 20 to 30 hours.

Five rounds count as a Season. Once a "season" has passed, the game will advance in years - subtly.
It do not change the progress that the players make, but it will progress the technology and / or the factions.

Season 2 starts next round.

We have researched automatic building of reinforced steel, so soon we're able to get trains in this part of land.
As for other news, the Blacksmith has been exploded by a terrorist. The blacksmith has been brought to medical care and the person have been spotted by a guard running away. People that plan to buy weapons, armor or custom tools will be unable to for now.
The engineering shop has been relocated.

In other news, one of the towers has been scheduled for demolition and rebuild to a new age building.

Sadly, we have discovered that we are under conflicts of two factions.
Teknids who have the technologic advantage, seek to destroy the other faction.

The other faction is L.E.G.I.O.N, they are a group of rebels and terrorists.
Name means "Legit Ethnic Group Invading On the New-World-Order".

Goal of this secondary faction? Eleminate the Teknids and take their technology to take over the world.

You can see which faction is dominant over what sector, but they won't be attacking you unless you're an enemy.

Not sure, I want to find out who she is. I guess it doesn't really matter to me if she dies. But if RLVG is hinting at what I think he is then 1. we are not alone and 2. that female is a player. But who knows. All I know is that I need to look for hints for the barman.

but that's dumb because you have to go in and then wait till next round wasting all other actions. in real life i can go to a shop, see what they sell then do other stuff and not like go to a shop, go out to do other stuff, then see what was in the shop to go back and buy

I just googled that shit and clicked on google pictures. Super easy to grasp what each thing is. Sometimes you gotta look up, nothing wrong with that, and finding out what is what isn't hard then.

No need for that.

RLVG sends each of us a PM for each round. In that PM he describes the results of previous actions, new location, radio stuff or anything else that's needed.

He also shows the current status of your character (inventory, stats, health, location, bonuses...)

You then send in an action to RLVG. The actions can be anything (I fed a camel my shirt because I didn't want to fight it). Go wild thinking out of the box.

You can only move two squares per round.

What exactly is a "Soft Reset" you ask?

I'm remaking the stat system to make it actually impacting the game. I did too many errors like ignoring weight capacity, many players complained about a few aspects of the game as well and a lot of actions were twisted around or ignored.

So I'll premake things and allow more flexibility on the game actions to avoid having them become wasted.

That's actually why it's been on a seemingly "Hiatus". I've figured out what to do now, so if players would agree with this new change then I'll change things for the better.
