I do not have direct access to the white-lists, I just approve them.
That said, I can use the public whitelist adder that searches for a 1v1 placement. This means that you can add yourself as well :)

This method is guaranteed to work, so I request that you complete your 1v1 placements(you can just join and immediately leave them if you don't care about your placment). Then you should be able to play once the next listing update goes out.
Shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes.

If you complete your placements, then you'll be able to use the public white-list adder to add yourself in.
