Why would these go in the rules thread?

These are not rules. My format is not the official requirements to submit a role, its more like a guideline.

Colored names thread is even less on the topic of rules.

The Wiki is once again not about the rules.

These are things that should be known, so most are in tutorials. But they are not rules.

I meant it would be good to put it in that thread, but the name of the thread can be altered. I just figured 1 single thread with all the info people need would be nice.
