Random events: Those random events could happen very rarely, some ideas could be:
A earthquake at day which could happens sometimes while the last words time, someone else will die because of it, and the lynched will not die.


I think some kind of secondary roles which some people will randomly get could be cool, and add more variety.
Those secondary roles can be disabled or limited to X of them by the host, some of these could be:
Leader: This secondary role special skill works at the last words moment, and the player being lynched wont die, instead someone else which the leader chooses. This special skill can be used only one time in the game. The skill will work in way of a random event.

Remember to suggest more ideas!

Randomness would not be fun. And the game's already complex enough with all the roles there are, so secondary roles seems like overkill.

100% agree with this. If you want some randomness and variations fill a lobby with pubbies.

Yes I disagree about random events I play for strategy and lying, not luck and chance. It's no fun when mafia gets saved like that or you get killed through earthquake, its like having a noob vigilante.
