Kidnapper vs Jailor

Just out of curiosity, why is it that the kidnapper gets preference over a Jailor? There's been situations where both jail each other but kidnapper always gets it first, meaning he can execute.

well, I see this going 2 ways

one, kidnapper is higher in OoO night actions, probably just one up making it kidnapper then jailor.

or alternatively, kidnapper and jailor are equally ranked. at which point all that matters is who types -kidnap # or -jail # first. and whoever typed first will get the first kidnap or jail off.

imo kidnapper just typed faster than you, ie hes got -kidnap # from the previous night and hes got it waiting for when day comes, and the second day starts he hits enter, thus kidnapping you asap. would need someone with access to OoO to weigh in here.
