Citizen role in game but not included in roles list at top of screen.

In this save replay, player 10 (I think it was 10 anyway, you can check the graveyard in case I'm wrong) is assigned a Citizen role when that role is not shown in the roles at the top of the screen. Thus, players falsely conclude that he cannot be citizen, when in fact he can.12753
