I'm sure that dozens of potential "Ninjas" are out there, but here's mine :)
Ninja
Neutral Killing
Doctor/W/WD clue group
Death descriptions:
- Was found with shuriken buried in his neck and back.
- Was nearly cut in half.
Cannot be healed/protected
Does not win ties over any Neut killings
3 Lives
1) Kills RBers, perfect night immunity, always kills target (even night immune/doctor healed) unless bussed
2) RB immune, night immune
3) Susceptible to RB, no longer night immune
Strategy:
Life 1:
- Can discover or figure out other killing roles and kill them, if he chooses to strike first. Which is of course very risky in the long run. If he manages to convince maf that he's witch, which will be very hard, he will be in excellent position.
- can kill Vet (but loses a life in the process), so will only want to do that if role call is being PM'd to vet.
- Can kill anyone under doc's protection
- Can kill anyone under the Bodyguard's protection (the Bodyguard will survive and drain a life from the Ninja.)
- If Jailed you're in trouble, try to get Jailor to talk so much he might forget to write a last will. The Jailor will die, but you'll likely hang.
Life 2:
- Try not to get shot at.
Life 3:
-REALLY try not to get shot at.
Game Dynamics
-In normal games people love claiming doc, in a game with a confirmed Ninja the docs are less valuable and the claim less trusted.
-Doc/Vigi team (unlikely)can attack/heal a suspected ninja to wear him down without fear of killing a town
-Witch might accidentally kill a gf/Neut killing with ninja
-Bodyguards are much more valuable
-Jailors will have less longevity and should mention exe # in case of ninja
-Mafia late game with escorts/consort present will likely target Ninja to make potential Rbers suspect someone else, while weakening/killing ninja as a hobby.
