Rainbow Dash says: i think its 8
I need Feminism says: lets go 8
8 gets lynched

6 claims doctor after 1 claimed doctor. This is an important bit here.

I get called mafia and I reply by claiming sheriff and saying 1ns, 3ns. Here is another important bit.

the mountain says: 12
i need Feminism says: gett 12
I am 12 and I get lynched. I call 10 retarded for the stuff he was saying in the day chat.
i need Feminism says: get 10 for being retarded.
10 lynched.
i need Feminism says: get 6
6 lynched.

Where exactly did the cheating occur? You said he received contradictory information but there was other information and comments that were posted which went a long way to clearing that up.

I was called mafia and lynched because they believed I was mafia. My defense was trying to throw 1 under the bus. So logically they wouldn't lynch 1 if they believed I was mafia. They instead lynched the person that claimed the same role as 1 which was 6. I called 10 retarded but I never said or even implied that he was in the mafia. I would hardly call that cheating unless calling someone retarded is grounds for lynching them.

You are using the fact that we are in the same clan as proof of me feeding him info to get people lynched except that everyone was lynched based on in game activity that I highlighted directly from the replay. I feel that looking at the replay objectively without factoring in the clan tags show that every lynch was clearly based on in game comments and information.

We were kicklisted before along with another friend over a year ago over suspicious circumstances that I don't agree with and feel do not show a history of cheating.

I think that if we had separate clan tags the findings of the report would have been different.

Hello. I am getting the sense that you wish to appeal this punishment. While I would love to give you this demand you have I'd like to inform you of our appeal rules, which can be found here (http://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/showthread.php/21624-Section-rules-and-Appeal-Instructions). These rules are in place so that people can reasonably be heard with cool composers. At the present time you have presented both a reasonable counter arugment for the foundation of an appeal however you have ruined that by calling my fellow staff-member, AppleyNO, a crappy moderator. You have also called our boss, Raptorblaze, a selfish individual who sought your ban for harassing him. Now that this is all cleared up I'd like to step in and tell you that such actions are counterproductive to the goal of getting an appeal on your behalf. Thus I would invite you to once again try to adopt a more suitable demeanor to the circumstance and try again at such a point in time that you do not come across as badly as you have here. A blunder causes road blocks and road blocks obstruct the path.
If you refused to listen to this very reasonable suggestion then there is nothing I can do to assist you in the goal of getting an appeal and I highly doubt the other staff members will be as willing to listen to insulting drivel as I would be.

You know what? I think that is fair. I may have been a bit too passive aggressive and accusing. I don't believe I called him crappy I just disagree with how he handled the report. If it came off as insulting towards him then I apologize. I never intended it to be an attack at him.

I cleaned up the post a bit to remove the things you mentioned. I am not trying to demand anything. I just want to present an alternate view on the report and maybe have it looked over again with my side in mind. Thanks for the reply.

I'm very pleased we could come to an understanding. I'm going to mark this for Audit which shall call this thread to an Smods attention. Now it may take some time for them to get to this report, because of both real life and the increasing demand for report attentions that regular users cannot see, but they will get to it. Thank you again for the compromise and I do hope the issue gets resolved, no matter the outcome.
