I think chapman is a mafia with galloway or mendez beeing the godfather. Kelso is also extremely scummy but i think he's just a bad delta, getting a misslynch on him would be easy.
Galloway was probably smart enough to realise that green was a delta.

I think the mafia will attack galloway or mendez tonight, depending on which one of them are town.
