After the Review
On night 4 he executes the lookout but it's not clear about the motive, the following jail night he executes the Mayor who has revealed earlier in the game. As reason the next day he states "I don't like him being in charge" and he goes on to vote on the doc and in a 2vs1 situation votes the Veteran who was practically confirmed. He then abstains and lets the Witch have the choice who of course guilties the Veteran. The Jailor did not do anything following that and as a result the Witch won.

After the Review
On day 3, mayor reveals and asks everyone to pm him roles. The jailor complies and gives him the information he has. Mayor forgets his role and asks him again on day 5, and he again informs the mayor that he is the jailor. He then jails and executes the mayor, and proceeds to vote to lynch every other town role until the end of the game.

I also noticed the jailor and witch voting together consistently, and they were adjacent in the player list. The witch had been claiming doctor all game, yet on the last day when he claimed veteran, the jailor still voted with him to lynch the real veteran. I don't believe that this was an error on his part. I think he did this on purpose because he was skyping with the witch and wanted to help him win. As such, I am adding the witch to this report.
