Congratulations to the first non-staff champion, Sen! I knew from the start of watching the replays that he would come out on top, based on his description, but watching it was pretty remarkable. 4 Mafia die/leave by day 4, and while an Arsonist pulls 2 kills out before being lynched the Witch is left on day 6 with no allies, and a long ways to go. He survived a Lookout, a Vigilante, a Marshall, a Detective, an Amnesiac that takes Sheriff (confirmed to Town), and the fact that his night targets were alerted to his actions, and pulls out 6 mislynches! This 48 minute, 15 day game was a long one, but an impressive one. He also talked his way out of a trial, when town members with real information couldn't.

Tl;DR: He also already had 'Forever Alone'.

Also- shout out to Zachareeee. As a Mafioso he managed to convince a town that he was a Bus Driver, survive 2 night attacks (thanks to drawing a doctor), a trial, and a late game Mafioso vs. 2 Veteran situation. He had a bit more power to work with than Sen, but was also against more powerful Town. Well done Zachareeee, extremely tough decision.


I want you to post your MVP! caliber performances on sc2mafia here for me to see. The winner will be picked and receive a point gift that Master Slaol finds fitting. Something in the range of 400-500 points.

Achievements like 'Ace Prosecutor', 'Hammer & Sickle', or 'Happily Ever After' will help you win my favor. It will also help if you dominate as a weaker role. Arson > SK. Citizen > Sheriff. Etc. Beyond that it is mostly at my discretion if you are the best posting player in this thread. A Veteran getting 14 kills on n1 is awesome, but will lose to things like a Witch surviving a night kill, 2 jailing's, and a trial.
It is about being good, choosing quality targets, and playing some actual WIFOM in the limited time. Not about being lucky.

heres a jester win. I claim sheriff and randomly accused 12 of being arson, nothing happens because people think im exec. next day I get blackmailed. I spam vote 12, town puts him up and guilties. he turns out to be godfather. i get atkd that night and then saved by a doctor. next day i accuse 9 and call him mafia. town hangs 9 and he turns out to be the real arson.(i knew this because he claimed survivor and lets face it i was jester). that night im attacked again and saved by a doctor again. i accuse 6 of being mafia, town puts him up and hangs 6. he was framer. next night i annoy someone who was a strong voice in the game. i claim jester, player 1 confirms this saying he was annoyed. town willingly puts me up to hang and they vote me guilty after i claimed jester. I also use the Chewbacca defense while on trial.

I'm rusty in Mafia, so I decided to play SC2 again after fixing my comp so that it can be played again.

I won as the Godfather, being voted on repeatively nearly everyday and many questions what my role is.
Randomly saying Investigator, with completely random investigation clues on everyone. (Only 1 I knew alignment of)

D2 : Sheriff votes on me, saying I'm Mafia. I get voted by 6 out of 7.
D3 : Get voted by 6 again.
D4 : At the end, I get another 4 votes.
D5 : I'm trialed.

The game lasts until Day 10 and still alive, somehow. :p

Scum hunted so well that I made it so no one even questioned me until the final day.
Mafia tried to kill me on the last night, but I used the bg to kill him.

Afterwards, everyone accuses me of cheating because they could not fathom my awesomeness.

I rolled ARSONIST. On Day 3 Mafia decided to let the town know that i was the Arsonist. I managed to talk myself out of a possible lynch by claiming that I was a mason. Through the rest of the game I made it no secret that I was the arsonist, and managed to lead the town into a chase to kill off the mafia. I proceded to have the town lynch the crier, ultimately allowing myself to win the game at the end in a 1v1v1 scenario.

Arson win (I know there's been a few of these but I think this one is pretty interesting) I spent the first 4 days semi-afk returning on a couple of nights to randomly douse some people. I returned properly at d4 and randomly doused 9 n4. Everyone I doused while afk in the first 4 nights was dead when I returned. I managed to convince town that their investigations were glitched and I really was investigator not arson / jester xDD

So... I was a 3-shoot veteran.
Alerted night one, since there was no daychat d1 and I couldn't risk dying that early.

The ML was killed n1. d2 I went with a "ML is dead, please convert me to cult" gambit that almost got me lynched. Of course, a gambit involves a great reward if you succed: I obliterated the cult n2.

We started getting rid of the mafia and on day... 5, I think, I threw another obvious bait; this time to get the SK. And of course I got the SK the next night.

One-shoot jailor.

Played survivor during the whole game. Even got a lookout lynched at 3v2. The mafia, dumb as they are, didn't attack that night, since I was their survivor friend and the other guy was a veteran.
I refused to vote the veteran; they threatened to kill me. Of course, I jailed the GF and used my only execution on him, then we lynched the remaining mafia the day after and won.

Arsonist.

Was roleblocked like five days in a row. No more scum left.
Talked my way into the endgame, then I allowed the remaining two (crier and jester) to live, just to give the jester his win.
I burned the crier last night just to display a "Cry moar." deathnote, since I hate crybabies. I could've won without burning a single player.

You really should check out this one:

I missed the start of the game, so I couldn't prefer or blacklist roles. I ended up being GF, not exactly a role I had preferred.
My teammates didn't know how to play their roles (I had to instruct the janitor at night what to do and say), I was jailed and nearly lynched by a jester claim and the BD tried to hunt me down for his Licensed to Kill achievement as he realized on day 2 that I was gf. My allies were found night 2 and night 4. The arsonist kills no one. The amnesiac picks jailor. It really wasn't the best of luck.

On day 8, the game somehow stabilizes. I am now up against 1 jester, 2 cit, 1 doctor, 1 sheriff, 1 amne -> jailor. I somehow managed to get myself confirmed as a bd and to have kept my novice janitor as long alive to have 3 targets sanitized, amongst them the lurking bus driver. I get the jailor's and sheriff's trust, leading them to several mislynches, and side with the jester at the end, so he did not vote against me in the 1on1on1 situation.

After all, it was a very tense, 50 minute game and against all odds, I won. :)

I rolled busdriver.

After the death of Jailor and Invest, SK was lynched due to bad role claim+jailbreak.
Then the other Jailor died.
Knowing our powerful roles dead, someone need to be lynched,
4 had claimed doctor in jail. So I trusted 4.
I targeted 11 for not claiming to be bus driven. Town Protection could not have Bus Driver, but I managed to persuade people I was Town Protection, and lynched 11 a Doctor, which I though was a false claim.

Investigator was killed at night. Leaving it with the True Protection (4), Sheriff, Me (Bus-Driver) against Neutral Evil, And 3 Mafia. Following the way 1 talked, and voted I guessed he was the Sheriff.
So, I claimed falusely that 4 is Witch Doctor, and we had to lynch someone. 6 was then quetioned, and Quickly voted up. (Hence Mafia voted). 6 got lynched for being Witch. with 100% guilty... XD

That night, it was us 3 town, and 3 Mafia. We agreed Me and 4 to protect each other, but I swapped the Sheiff instead. Killing a Disguiser.

Next day, it was 3vs2, we lynched the GF.

Then it was 3vs1, I said I would protect 4, like last time. And I did, which killed the last Mafioso.

So we managed to come from a 3v(3v1), by lynching Witch and GF, and me Killing the only 2 killable mafia due to bus driving. I gained the Lisense to kill.

This is a Jester win. I started out by demoralizing the town saying there will be 3 kills a night and they cant win so we should random lynch. Then I accused a player of being a sheriff and we lynched him (Wut?). Day 4 I had everyone convinced that we were all scum and there was only 1 town (There were 4 town left). I had them put a guy on trial and he profusely insisted that he was not town and as such we should Inno ~Lynch~ (Again... Wut?). D5 I was running another bad lynch and it turned on me. I trolled a bit and then said I was a Jester (After annoying someone that night) and they still lynched me. What really brings this game together was that the witch killed a mafia that night and the other mafia suicides from me. The witch gave up and the town lynched him for the win.

I also got the achievement 'Zombie Suicide' this game.
