I dont think its possible to do it every night, heres why:
Doctor died day 1.
Soulcatcher choose doctor night 1.
Soulcatcher is doctor day 2.
Soulcatcher heal night 2.
Soulcatcher go back to normal day 3.
Soulcatcher choose another role night 3.

I think this role will cause problems with mafia/masons/cults or anything with night chat
If youre godfather and framer died night 1, and you noticed somebody else became framer(soulcatcher)
Then disappear the next night. It reveal the mafia who the soulcatcher is. They are going to manipulate the soulcatcher

Edit:Also if soulcatcher become mafia for one night, find out who the other mafia members, become town the next night then reveal all mafia members

Remove option 2 (immune to death) or change the win condition. Otherwise if option 2 is on then this role does everything survivor can do plus more.

You cant report for retardism
Its not retarded, its just amnesiac with many uses that last one day
But it doesnt really work well in custom mafia

ok i have changed it a bit with 3 charges plus 1 night between charges and cant take mafia mason and cult ius this a bit better
