Fails:

1) Maisie Williams has a fat face now, as you can see when she was sitting in the cave with Beric Dondarrion. Plus in the books she was always throwing crabapples at Gendry and they just skipped past all that and didn't show her real personality at all.

2) Cersei being betrothed to Ser Loras. He was never mentioned as a suitor in the novels, and later would become one of her most loathed Kingsguards.

3) I'll keep complaining about Brienne and how attractive she is. When she rises out of the bath, she's as slim as any woman! In the books she's described as being the ugliest human in the realm (they didn't even bother with prosthetic makeup). She's described as being very hairy, hands as big as Gregor Clegane's, a massive face and broad shoulders, and muscular teats.

4) Jaime seeming upset when describing the Sack of King's Landing. In the book, he was "floating in heat, in memory", and he never shed a tear during it. He smashes his stump against the side of the tub, causing him to faint.

Tomorrow is a new episode, I predict a 50% fail.

Remember the film "Monster" with Charlize Theron? Such a beautiful actress, but they made her look like a real ugly crackhead hooker due to makeup effects. The most HBO did in casting Gwendoline Christie as Brienne of Tarth, was tell her to frown. Her "mannish" appearance was more prominent in Season 2 due to wearing heavy plate.

They didn't have to scout for the ugliest woman in the world for the part. They just got really lazy with makeup effects.

Even Ramsay Bolton is supposed to have chapped lips, with spittle glistening on them. They chose pretty-boy to play him instead.

Sansa Stark is about to be wed to Tyrion Lannister, and in her POV chapters she keeps thinking to herself how ugly he is, and her "armour of courtesy" forces her to keep staring. He has mismatched eyes and a really ugly face, and even walking makes his legs cramp. Peter Dinklage was a good choice however, because of his acting skill.

He's supposed to be missing half a nose, and they could done that effect with CGI, since they already did with the dragons.

Predictions for next episodes:

1) They will fail at Theon Greyjoy's torture by Ramsay Bolton. Or I may get surprised! At the current stage, he's expected to be racked, whipped and cut. But his real torture involves skinning his fingers, which they'll probably show next episode.

2) There will be a total of 50 people at the Red Wedding, and that's a generous number. Don't know is HBO wants to stretch the money to pay for extras, so there might be twelve people total. A jolly feast.

3) Sansa Stark and Tyrion's bedding: will we see any of her naked body except her back? I know she's not 18 yet. What about Tyrion? Will Peter Dinklage's cock be seen for the first time?
